At WorkLife Central, we provide a comprehensive suite of support and resources for Employee Networks and ERGs, designed to make the lives of busy Network Leads and committee members easier. Many Networks are run alongside full-time roles, and WLC helps by offering practical guidance for planning and delivering initiatives, valuable peer networking opportunities, and instant access to relevant support for members. Network planning and advice
WorkLife Central provides direct support to ERG / Network Leads, Chairs, Champions and Ambassadors, offering a cornerstone for your Networks’ agenda, supporting your events/programme planning, including for key Awareness Dates, and sharing successful strategies for boosting engagement with your network members.
Peer networking and case studies
We offer regular opportunities for leads/chairs of ERGs to connect with each other, discuss priorities and challenges, and hear case study presentations from other network leads. Recent case studies have been delivered by State Street, Accenture, NatWest, CBRE, Addleshaw Goddard, Mizuho and more.
Client Roundtables
Our unique Client Roundtable community connects our member organisations and enables our clients to share learnings and promote best practice with each other. These invaluable sessions are open to our key corporate contacts including internal network/ERG leads as well as HR/D&I professionals.
