How It Works

Through corporate membership you can provide free access to WorkLife Central for all staff, meaning your employees can receive the support and resources they need whenever, and wherever, they want. Find out more below.

Getting Started

Corporate membership is available via annual or multi-year subscription. Costs are based on total UK/Global employee headcount, so once your firm has signed up, there is no limit to the number of individuals who can enjoy access to WorkLife Central. 

It is very quick to get up and running – we can activate your corporate account as soon as you like, or work to a particular launch date if that’s your preference. There's no lengthy set-up process.

Our system is admin-light and easy to use – for both you and your employees. Once set up, your employees will have immediate access to our full programme of content, available via our website and app. .

Letting Your Employees Know

Benefit from a wide selection of marketing and communications materials to inform employees about WorkLife Central and the fantastic range of support on offer, including videos and downloadable materials to share. 

We also have a wide range of content-themed digital flyers available, covering subjects such as Menopause, Financial Wellbeing, Black History Month, World Mental Health Day and National Inclusion Week (and many more).

Takeup & Usage

Once you’ve joined, we’ll provide your designated account contacts with access to our self-service Corporate Admin Portal, enabling you to see your firm's usage statistics whenever you need to - including the number of employees who have signed up to WorkLife Central, as well as the content titles they have booked or viewed. Please contact us if you would like to see a sample usage report. 

You can also access our bank of resources to support your internal communications and employee engagement. 

Pricing

WorkLife Central is a low cost, high value employee benefit, offering support to your staff across all aspects of modern work and family life.  Corporate access is available via annual subscription, with costs based on total employee headcount.
