WorkLife Central Families Network CommunityThe WorkLife Central Families Network Community launched in January 2022 and is a free resource for WorkLife Central corporate member firms.
Families Network Community
Our largest community of networks is our Families Networks Community (FNC). The FNC supports leads/chairs of Families Networks in corporate organisations; providing invaluable opportunities for collaboration and learning through peer networking, expert advice and the sharing of best practice and case studies, and providing network leads with essential resources to keep their networks growing and thriving.
FNC membership includes:

Unique peer networking opportunities: the FNC connects Families Network leads from more than 60 corporate organisations, enabling you to connect with each other, discuss priorities and challenges, hear case study presentations from other network leads and stay up to date with best practice.

Access to our Annual Families Network Forum in London: an essential half-day conference providing you with inspiration and expertise to grow and strengthen your Families Network. Hear from experts on the topics that matter to you and your working parent community, share your experiences and success stories with your peers, and find renewed energy and focus for your important network lead role.

Access to Semi-annual Families Network Mini-Forum in London: invaluable in-person opportunity to connect and network with your fellow Families network leads and hear the latest in best practice at this 12-2pm 'lunch and learn' event.

Online Roundtables for FNC Leads: online, 1 hr discussion roundtables with a case study presentation: recent case studies kindly provided by State Street, the ‘Accent on Family’ network at Accenture, ‘The Village’ and Home Life networks at NatWest, CBRE's Family Network, ‘Parental Pods’ at Addleshaw Goddard, Mizuho's Family Network and more.

Bi-monthly Online Café for FNC Leads: an informal, one-hour online meet-up for those leading Families Networks. It offers a lightly facilitated space to exchange ideas, compare approaches and share practical insight. Participants can discuss challenges, explore new initiatives and learn from one another in a supportive, collaborative setting. It’s an easy way to stay connected, spark fresh thinking and strengthen your Network’s impact.

Free WLC programme access for your Families Network members: share meaningful and engaging content with your colleagues. Our carefully curated programme of expert-led content covers 4 pillars: careers, wellbeing, families and inclusion. You can browse our full programme online here.
