With a background in nursing and healthcare, she has dedicated her career to improving support for people with dementia and their families and now she is a carer for her father. Former Director of the Dementia Services Development Centre at the University of Stirling, she has advised governments and organizations worldwide. Known for her practical and compassionate approach, June helps families and professionals navigate the challenges of dementia and eldercare, from prevention and coping strategies to selecting care homes and understanding legal responsibilities.
