Rachel Vecht began her career as a primary school teacher in the state and independent sector.
In 2001 she founded ‘Educating Matters’ to support parents and carers at work, working with D&I teams and employee networks globally in the corporate and public sector. Drawing on her real, every day experiences as a mother to 4 children and the challenges of educating, parenting and integrating work and family.
Rachel provides talks in schools, delivers a ‘Positive Parenting’ course and 1:1 consultations for parents. She regularly contributes to articles on parenting and education in the national press and other online forums.
